Kari

Kari is a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and self-love advocate based out of Boulder, CO.  Her background of gymnastics, diving, running, bodybuilding, and crossfit have provided her with varied experiences that are reflected in her training style.  Kari openly shares her experiences of not only athletics and movement but also her experience with disordered eating and body dysmorphia in hopes that her story may inspire others to take ownership of their lives and become their strongest selves, physically, mentally, and spiritually.  Kari received a B.S degree in Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts, is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, an XPT Level 1 Coach, and a Pre and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist.
